These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the BaseJump League application platform, challenges, evaluations, and related programs (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By applying, you confirm that:
BaseJump reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any candidate at its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, candidates retain ownership of original ideas and content that they independently conceive and submit through the Platform.
In cases where business ideas, concepts, problem statements, briefs, or directions are provided by BaseJump as part of a challenge, program, or assignment (“Platform Ideas”), all intellectual property rights in such Platform Ideas remain the exclusive property of BaseJump, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
When BaseJump provides an idea and a brief, the idea itself remains owned by BaseJump.
If a project progresses beyond the evaluation stage, ownership and equity terms will be defined transparently in a separate written agreement.
4.3 License to BaseJump
By participating in challenges involving Platform Ideas/Opportunities, the candidate agrees that:
(a) all work, materials, outputs, and derivatives created in connection with the Platform Idea/Opportunities may be owned jointly with BaseJump or fully assigned to BaseJump, as determined by the specific program rules or subsequent written agreements; and
(b) no ownership rights in the Platform Idea/Opportunity are granted solely by participation in the challenge.
By submitting Content, you grant BaseJump a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
BaseJump will not commercialize your idea without your explicit written consent.
You acknowledge that BaseJump is not liable for perceived similarities between ideas.
All platform materials, frameworks, tests, branding, scoring systems, content formats, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of BaseJump.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lithuania.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
